The kind of person I’d recommend this book to:
I would recommend this book to somebody who likes mysterious and slightly weird stories. Although this book has many dark themes, Neil Gaiman manages to incorporate humor into the novel, making it enjoyable for somebody who has a quirky sense of humor. They should, of course, also enjoy ghost stories, as that is a heavy and consistent theme throughout the book.

This book is good for someone who really wants to get hooked on a book. If you like murder mysteries than this book is great for you.
