Paper Covers Rock: my review

Finished book review by: Sofia

Book written by: Jenny Hubbard
Total number of pages: 181

Genre: Realistic fiction
My rating: ****, really liked it

A brief summary of my book:
Alex, who is 16 goes to an all-boys boarding school with his two friends, Thomas and Glenn. When Thomas drowns, Glenn is paranoid about the truth coming out, and makes Alex swear to stay quiet. Alex has a passion for writing, when his teacher Ms. Dovecott helps him in his writing, Alex begins to fall for her. It just so happens that Ms. Dovecott was there the day of Thomas’s death, and is against Glenn’s secrecy and wants to tell the truth.

Three words that describe my book:
Mysterious, Suspenseful, Engaging

The kind of person I’d recommend this book to:
I would recommend this book to someone who is into mystery. Also, I think someone who would like this book would have to be around the ages of 14-18, and they would have to be into romance.
