Finished book review by: Kevin

Book written by: Douglas Adams
Total number of pages: 192

Genre: Science fiction/dystopian
My rating: ***, liked it

A brief summary of my book:
The book starts with Arthur Dent trying to stop his house from being bulldozed when his friend Ford perfect who is an alien tries to explain earth is about to be destroyed. After this Arthur Dent and Ford Perfect escape the planet by hitching a ride on a Vogon ship. After getting caught by the Vogons and being tortured by poetry they meet some new companions and continue their journey.

Three words that describe my book:
Exciting, funny, page turning

The kind of person I’d recommend this book to:
I would recommend a reader that takes his/her time because the way some of the sentences or descriptions are written can take some time to process. A strong reader because of the language and someone who gets other references because a lot of things seem to allude to things in our world.
